AARK Developers has appointed Atlas Foundations as the contractor for the AED4 billion (US$1.1 billion) ultra-luxury Sora Beach Residences development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
UAE-based AARK Developers has contracted leading contractor Atlas Foundations to build the flagship project Sora Beach Residences, a luxury beachfront development that will set a new standard for luxury real estate in the region. Located on Al Marjan Island in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, the development will offer over 1,000 feet of private beach, fully furnished apartments with panoramic sea views and a convenient location within walking distance of the future Wynn Resort and Casino.
Designed by world-renowned Japanese architectural studio Nikken Sekkei, the project harmonizes modern architecture with the island's natural beauty. Construction will be carried out using advanced piling technologies and soil stabilization techniques provided by Atlas Foundations.
