Aldar Launches New Saadiyat Complex
Aldar Properties has announced the launch of Manarat Living, a luxury residential development on Saadiyat Island. The residential complex will consist of 273 houses located a stone's throw from the cultural center of Manarat Al Saadiyat and many other attractions.
The complex will have a bold urban design with modern lobbies that complement Manarat Living amenities. Residents will have at their disposal an art studio, yoga areas and a zen garden. Buyers are available studios, one- and two-room apartments, as well as two-room apartments with an additional maid's room. Each apartment will have individual design elements and contemporary finishes, with buyers able to choose from two color palettes.
Studio prices start at AED 634,000 ($173,000), with one bed starting at AED 1.28 million ($349,000), with two beds starting at AED 1.95 million ($531,000) and with two beds plus maid's room - from 2.45 million dirhams (678,000 dollars).
As part of Aldar's commitment to sustainability, Manarat Living will include a range of sustainable design and construction measures, including the use of efficient plumbing fixtures, green building technologies, and sustainable building materials.
The apartments will go on sale on February 9th. Construction of Manarat Living is due to start in the third quarter of 2023, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2026.
