According to Azizi Developments, construction of Azizi Vista residential project in Dubai Studio City neighborhood has reached 86% completion, with the project scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2025.
Azizi Developments, one of the UAE's largest private developers, announced that it has reached 86% completion of Azizi Vista residential project located in the dynamic Dubai Studio City neighborhood. Construction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2025.
The project includes studios as well as one and two-bedroom apartments. According to an official statement, structural work, masonry and interior plastering are fully completed. Finishing work is 85% complete, tiling is 96% complete, HVAC installation is 95% complete, and utilities (MEP) are 87% complete. Exterior works (47%), pool development (79%), elevator installation (90%) and facade finishing (89%) are also underway.
There are 397 specialists working on the construction site to ensure that the schedule is maintained.
Azizi Group CEO, Farhad Azizi, noted:
