DAMAC has secured two major contracts for Damac Hills 2
Developer Damac Properties has announced the award of two contracts as part of a major work package worth AED300 million (US$82 million) for its Damac Hills 2 mega project. Disclosing details, the developer said the first of the two contracts, worth more than AED 210 million, was awarded to Dubai-based China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group. The scope of work includes 439 villas and townhouses in the Natura Damac Hills 2 cluster.

The second contract, worth AED7 million, which involved the development of roads and infrastructure for the key clusters of Farmhouse, Verona, Natura and Violet, was awarded by Infra Nets Contracting. These clusters, located in the Damac Hills 2 area, have access to countless amenities and master plan features including Malibu Beach, facilities for sports ranging from soccer to volleyball to cricket, and a host of green spaces conducive to recreation. a fishing lake, a bike path, a lazy river and more, the statement said.
According to the Damac general manager of the Damac projects, at Damac Hills, Damac Hills 2 and Damac Lagoons, intelligently planned community living is one of their main focuses and they are proud of the tremendous success they have already achieved in this regard. The announcement of the two contracts is one of several made in recent months, including Dh236 million awarded in October 2023 for Camelia at Damac Hills 2 and more than Dh2.4 billion in the first half of 2023 for Damac Lagoons, a senior official said.
