Deyaar started work on new projects in Al Furjan
Dubai-listed Deyaar Development has begun work to consolidate three sites in Al Furjan, which will house three projects - Millennium Talia Residences hotel apartments, Amalia Residences residential building and a third project to be announced soon.
The total cost of the project will be around AED 300 million (USD 81.68 million). When completed, the three projects will consist of residential units and hotel suites, which will include approximately 371 different one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Ayman Al Hammadi, Senior Vice President of Development at Deyaar, promises that, as with all of their projects, they will provide investors with development updates and keep them updated on key development milestones for Millennium Talia Residences and Amalia Residences as they progress.
The development of the third section will be announced soon, the developer said, adding that all projects are scheduled to be completed in 2025.
