Dubai developer launches Cavalli residences with rooftop opera pavilion

Dubai-based DAMAC Properties has launched a property development project in partnership with iconic fashion brand Cavalli.

The 42-story skyscraper DAMAC Bay by Cavalli will be located in Dubai Harbor and will feature designs from the fashion house. The building's nautical-inspired interiors feature shell, pearl, and zebrafish motifs, while the sleek exterior pays homage to the ocean's radiant waters.

The three towers of DAMAC Bay are connected by a Cavalli-style bridge that winds its way across the rooftops. The real estate offers residents a wide choice of housing from one-bedroom apartments with one to five-bedroom duplexes according to the master plan.

Prices for the ambitious project start at $1.2 million. According to Niall McLaughlin, vice president of DAMAC Properties, their goal was to create a property in which residents could enjoy not only luxury, convenience and comfort, but also the proximity of the sea.

From the 2nd to the 32nd floors there are one-, two- and three-room apartments. From the 33rd to the 42nd floors, duplexes of various configurations are offered: from three-room to five-room options, thought out to the smallest detail.

Residents of Damak Bay will have access to a private beach, several restaurants and bars, and the exclusive Cavalli Lounge. In addition, the complex has been rebuilt so that each residence can enjoy the view of the sea coast.

Cavalli-inspired towers in Dubai include a water maze, snorkelling, hanging hammocks over an infinity pool, floating rooftop workspaces, and a state-of-the-art opera pavilion overlooking the Arabian Gulf. DAMAC Bay also features a musical fountain and a virtual reality school with laser projection for children.
