Sheikh Mohammed emphasized that the welfare of citizens is the government's top priority and a criterion for the success of all state initiatives. He said housing programs contribute to the stability of families, support economic development and ensure the long-term prosperity of society.

The project is part of the Dubai 2040 master plan, which aims to create sustainable residential communities and improve the city's infrastructure. Similar initiatives have been implemented previously, allowing many Emirati citizens to improve their housing conditions and access modern social services.

This project opens up new opportunities for Emirati citizens to obtain quality and affordable housing. It also contributes to creating a comfortable social environment, improving infrastructure and raising the general standard of living.
