Dubai records real estate deals worth $2.8 billion
There were 2,785 real estate transactions worth AED10.3 billion ($2.8 billion) in the Dubai property market last week, according to data released by the Land Department.
It is known that 311 plots were sold for 2 billion dirhams (545 million dollars), and the total amount of sales of 1999 apartments and villas was 4.59 billion dirhams (1.2 billion dollars).

The top three land deals were a plot in Wadi Al Safa 2 sold for AED78m ($21.2m), a land for AED55m ($15m) in Umm Suqeim 2 and another for AED50m ($13.6 billion) on Palm Jumeirah.
Also last week, Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the highest number of transactions, with 130 purchases and sales worth AED399.18 million ($109 million). Not far behind are Al Yufrah 1 with 51 sales transactions worth AED301.69 million ($82.1 million) and Jebel Ali First with 23 sales transactions worth AED301.69 million ($82.1 million).
The top three condo and villa transfers included a AED183 million ($50 million) villa on Palm Jumeirah, an AED156 million ($42.5 million) condo in Business Bay and an apartment sold for AED117 million ($31 million). million dollars) in Al Wasl.
The value of mortgaged properties for the week was 3.48 billion dirhams ($948 million), while 88 properties were transferred by first-degree relatives worth 292 million dirhams ($80 million).
