Ellington Properties launches new Playa Del Sol project on Al Marjan
Dubai-based developer Ellington Properties has announced the start of construction of a new residential project, Playa Del Sol, on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. This is the company's second project on the island and fourth in the region, continuing the successful series after Cala Del Mar. Construction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
Playa Del Sol offers residents a combination of a seaside atmosphere and a premium resort lifestyle. The development is located next to the iconic Wynn Resort, home to the UAE's first casino.
