Emaar unveils new residential development The Heights

Dubai-based development giant Emaar has unveiled The Heights Country Club & Wellness, a new master-planned city centered on healthy living and wellness. The $55 billion project will occupy 81 million square feet of land and provide more than 11,400 residential units for an exclusive resort lifestyle.

Located in the Al Yalays 5 neighborhood near the interchange of the E611 and E77 highways, the development will be an asset to residents by encouraging wellness. A 10-minute drive away is the expanding Al Maktoum Airport, which will become the world's largest airport with 260 million passengers per year.

The Emaar concept features luxury townhouses and villas that combine linear forms with curves that reflect the natural environment. The center of the district will feature a 1.3 million sqm open space and a 38-km bicycle path.

Housing is represented by 4-bedroom villas and 3-4-bedroom townhouses. Infrastructure includes a health center, green alleys, parks, community centers, shopping plazas, restaurants, schools, a hospital, gardens and sports fields.

According to Emaar, The Heights is designed to be a sustainable neighborhood that promotes the health and well-being of residents. The project combines landscaping, wellness facilities and public spaces for a holistic approach to living with an emphasis on wellness and outdoor recreation.
