Hayaat Developments launches Isolana Residences project in Dubai Islands
Hayaat Developments has officially unveiled its Isolana Residences project on Dubai Islands, according to a company press release.
Hayaat Developments, a UK-based real estate development company and a subsidiary of Hayaat Group Investment Group, has announced the launch of its new residential project Isolana Residences at Dubai Islands. The UAE AED 135 million project occupies one of the most desirable sites in the area and comprises 71 residences: 39 one-, 22 two- and 6 three-bedroom apartments, as well as 4 penthouses.
Isolana Residences is designed under the direction of renowned architect Tony Ashai (Ashai Design), known for his projects in the UAE including the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel on Maryan Island and Reem Hills in Abu Dhabi. Distinctive features of the complex will include a unique concept of ‘dancing balconies’ and a patio.
“Isolana has been conceived as an extension of the resort atmosphere of the islands with an original architectural presentation that will not be repeated in the future,” said architect Tony Ashai.
The project also includes an extensive area of resort amenities, including a 55-meter infinity pool, zen garden, resident lounge, padel court, and play areas for children. Some apartments will be offered with private pools.
Hayaat Developments CEO Afzaal Hussain emphasized: “We are creating not just real estate, but a quality experience that combines innovation, sustainability and design excellence.”
The project has already generated active interest from buyers following a pre-launch presentation at the International Property Show, said Shahid Nawaz, director of sales and marketing at the company.
