Hilton Unveils Luxury Waldorf Astoria Residences in Ras Al Khaimah
World-renowned hotel company Hilton has teamed up with United Arab Emirates-based residential developer Al Hamra to unveil its flagship project, Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah, in the northern emirate of the same name. The luxury residences are scheduled to open in 2026.
According to Al Hamra, the project will mark the debut of the first Waldorf Astoria Residences under a managed report in the UAE, setting a new standard for luxury living in the Northern Emirates. Forty-three ultra-luxury residences will be built at the iconic Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah resort.
The developer emphasizes that carefully selected furnishings, a range of private amenities and benefits for homeowners will redefine luxury living. The luxurious interiors of the complex will be complemented by panoramic views of the Al Hamra Golf Course and the Arabian Gulf. The 16th floor will feature a private resident lounge with rooftop terrace, cigar lounge, wine cellar, and living and dining rooms with views of the bay.
Al Hamra CEO Benoy Kurien said the project reflects the northern emirates' growing desire for high-end luxury living and services, as well as global investors' confidence in the emirate's progress. Al Hamra's expertise in delivering an innovative lifestyle coupled with the timeless luxury and service of Waldorf Astoria will result in a world-class product, he added.
Kurien also highlighted that in addition to the resort's famous food, drink and entertainment, residence owners will have access to a private spa, trainers, golf simulator, private cinema, pet grooming services and concierge.
