International company LEOS Developments has unveiled Kensington Gardens, a Dh1.1 billion residential development in Dubai that will include modern townhouses and villas reflecting British standards of design and technology. The project is scheduled for completion by 2027 and will be part of the Greenwood green neighborhood.
Located in the Greenwood neighborhood, Kensington Gardens will consist of 168 units including 3, 4 and 5-bedroom townhouses as well as exclusive 6 and 7-bedroom villas. Home prices start from AED 3.2 million. The villas are equipped with private elevators and swimming pools to ensure a high level of comfort. The project also includes smart homes with state-of-the-art climate control and security technologies, as well as hydroponic vertical gardens to grow fresh vegetables year-round. LEOS founder, Rui Liu, emphasized that the complex will be part of the long-term Dubai 2040 Vision program to create harmonious and sustainable communities.
LEOS Developments has previously developed similar projects in the UK and is now entering the UAE market for the first time to meet the demand for quality housing in the luxury segment. The Kensington Gardens project supports the current trend in the real estate market, where many foreign buyers are investing in Dubai real estate due to favorable conditions and active infrastructure development.
A smart home system will allow residents to control lighting, temperature and security via mobile devices. Energy-saving technologies including solar heating and rainwater harvesting are also used, reducing energy costs and contributing to an eco-friendly lifestyle.
