London Gate to build tallest residential clock tower in Dubai
Dubai developer London Gate is partnering with Swiss luxury watch brand Franck Muller to build a 450-metre skyscraper in Dubai Marina. Once completed, it will be the tallest residential tower, the tallest signature residential tower in Dubai and the tallest residential clock tower in the world.
The clock of the same name, created by Frank Müller, formed the basis for the name of the Aeternitas tower. According to the company's website, it is the most complex watch in the world, consisting of 1,483 parts and 36 complications.
To celebrate the ground-breaking collaboration, London Gate and Frank Müller held an official signing ceremony to announce the partnership. The collaboration marks the entry of renowned watchmaker Frank Müller into the world of real estate.
The record-breaking and highly anticipated London Gate project will be the tallest building in Dubai Marina and will transform the skyline of the city while setting international standards for luxury living with breathtaking views.
The luxury residential project will be officially unveiled in January 2024 and residents can expect its handover by 2026.
