Luxe Developers offers 'Golden Visa' to Ras Al Khaimah real estate investors

UAE-based real estate company Luxe Developers has become the first developer in Ras Al Khaimah to receive the UAE Gold Visa for an investor. This investor purchased two three-bedroom apartments and a penthouse in the Oceano complex on Al Marjan Island for more than AED 35 million. Thanks to a real estate agency, he was granted a long-term visa for five or ten years.

The golden visa allows owners to live, work and study in the UAE without the need for a national sponsor, and to sponsor their relatives. The Oceano complex has generated significant interest internationally, with the Russians, British and Germans as buyers, followed by Indians and Americans.

Shubam Aggarwal, chairman and co-owner of Luxe Developers, said that their exceptional portfolio allows investors to own ultra-luxury properties in the growing market of Ras Al Khaimah, while being able to secure the sought-after UAE Golden Visa. He emphasized that this demonstrates the company's commitment to providing unmatched real estate opportunities and contributing to the growth and development of the Ras Al Khaimah real estate market.

Two newly built ultra-luxury homes, The Celest and The Stellar, are attracting high net worth individuals. Each cost over AED 90 million and are the most expensive in Ras Al Khaimah. The Celest covers more than 22,000 square feet over two floors, while The Stellar, also split over two levels, has more than 21,000 square feet. Owners will enjoy amenities such as a spa, gym and private pools with sea views.

Prices for one-bedroom apartments start from AED 2.6 million, two-bedroom apartments are priced from AED 4.2 million, three-bedroom apartments from AED 6.7 million and four-bedroom apartments from AED 9.2 million. Penthouses are priced from AED 21 million.

Siddhartha Banerjee, managing director of the company, said that the Middle East region has become an attractive destination for affluent buyers looking for exclusivity, privacy and unprecedented luxury. He also emphasized that several investors have chosen their luxury properties because of the world-class amenities offered and the potential for long-term returns in Ras Al Khaimah's emerging luxury real estate market.

The Oceano complex is scheduled for completion in 2026. It will feature a landscaped swimming pool, fitness center and private beach.
