MAG has chosen a company for the construction of townhouses in Meydan
UAE's leading developer MAG Group has awarded Plus Seven a contract to build luxury townhouses worth MAG 22. The AED 110 million ($30 million) project will be located in Meydan, which is part of the larger MBR City. Under the AED39 million contract, Plus Seven will complete the key development, which includes 22 two- and three-bedroom townhouses, by the fourth quarter of 2024.
According to MAG, the apartments' open floor plan lends scale and contemporary comfort to the space. For example, the open living spaces were designed to create visual space by continuing the color outside and inside the townhouses. A signature olive tree patio will allow the master bedroom to have multiple sources of natural light.
"MAG 22" offers a peaceful country life, a stone's throw from the bustling city and against the backdrop of the magnificent skyline of Dubai, said the developer. The project is strategically located close to the center of Dubai, Dubai Creek, Dubai Design District and luxury MAG complexes - Keturah Reserve and Keturah Resort.
According to the Emirati developer, thanks to all these facilities, 80% of the apartments have already been sold.
