Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the final phase of The Acres, a luxury villa community in Dubai. The new phase features luxury residences, including the exclusive LEED Gold® pre-certified mansions of The Acres Estates.
Meraas announced the launch of the latest phase of The Acres, a luxury residential community in Dubai offering 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom villas as well as exclusive The Acres Estates mansions. The latter are represented by the Amber and Ivory collections, featuring spacious 5-, 6- and 7-bedroom residences.
The residences are designed to harmonize indoor and outdoor spaces: open kitchens flow seamlessly into dining and living areas, while master bedrooms feature private terraces and walk-in closets. The residences in the Amber collection have a contemporary style with an emphasis on natural materials, while the Ivory collection features a classic aesthetic and vertical stone walls. The Acres has achieved LEED Gold® pre-certification due to its high environmental standards. The complex reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 80% compared to the average, uses 33% less water, and 100% of irrigation is provided by treated wastewater.
