Meraas launches premium residential project on the banks of Dubai Creek
Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the construction of Atélis, a $225 million residential skyscraper in the D3 Design District, with completion by the first half of 2028.

Dubai Holding Real Estate, through its subsidiary Meraas, unveiled the Atélis project, a 45-story residential tower in Dubai Design District (D3). The building will be located on the Dubai Creek waterfront and will offer 280 residences, including one to four bedroom apartments, three duplex terrace villas and two double-height penthouses.
The architecture of the project was developed by the international studio SOM - the author of the Burj Khalifa design. The facade of the tower is inspired by the shape of a desert flower and is made with curved balconies imitating petals. According to Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, “The tower will be an architectural landmark that reflects the creative essence of the city and supports the implementation of Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai 2040 Master Plan.”
The facility will include three levels with infrastructure for residents such as co-working, children's areas, event halls and green spaces. A separate floor will be occupied by a spa, gym, lounges and infinity pool.
The total budget for the project is AED 825 million (about $225 million) and completion is scheduled for the first half of 2028.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said, “We are delighted to unveil an architectural piece that will mark a new milestone in the development of Dubai Creative Center. This project embodies the innovation and aspirations of the city and reaffirms our commitment to the D33 strategy and development plan to 2040.”
Atélis at D3 is not just a new building, but a symbol of a sustainable, design-led and people-centered approach to urban development. The project reinforces D3's position as Dubai's creative cluster and sets the standard for luxury housing of the future.
