New residential complex in Dubai South sold out in three hours
Dubai South Properties announced that the S4 tower in the new South Square residential complex sold out in just three hours after sales began, according to the developer.
On June 9, 2025, Dubai South Properties officially unveiled its new South Square residential project, located along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Highway near Al Maktoum International Airport. The highlight of the presentation was the complete sell-out of the S4 tower, one of the complex's buildings, in just three hours after sales began.
The project offers more than 550 apartments in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations. Prices start at AED 1.1 million, and construction is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028. Infrastructure includes green areas, farms, walking paths, water features, fitness and yoga areas, shops, restaurants, and coworking spaces.
Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, noted: “In recent years, we have seen steady growth in demand for housing in Dubai South thanks to its convenient location, modern infrastructure, and excellent transport accessibility. South Square is our response to this demand, combining spacious apartments and a wellness-oriented environment.”
