Samana Developers Launches AED 300 Million Project in Dubai Sports City
On August 21, Dubai-based Samana Developers launched its first AED300 million ($81.68 million) Samana Golf Views residential development in Dubai Sports City. The new community is the first development in the area to feature built-in private pools and access to The Els Club golf course.
The 14-story, over 298,936-square-foot development is the eighth of 12 projects scheduled to launch this year, the developer said in a statement. The building will have 243 residential units, consisting of studios and 1–3-bedroom apartments, with or without fully furnished options.
Among the facilities in the complex will be private pools, main pool, large recreation area, children's pool, children's playground, VR Golf Experience, sauna and steam room, sports fields, skate park, jogging track, open-air cinema, barbecue area, indoor and outdoor gym, river and standard 24/7 security.
Apartment prices start at AED 649,000 ($176,692). According to the CEO of Samana Developers, the flexible 8-year plan will make it easy to move from renting to owning a home. The commissioning of Samana Golf Views is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
