Dubai-based Samana Developers has announced the opening of its 12th project, Samana Barari Views. It consists of 669 apartments and is located in Al Barari, one of the greenest areas of Dubai. The area combines luxury with active green development and is home to the area's first green villa development. It is located between Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Expressway.
The 27-storey B+G+4P+ project is the largest in Samana and the first to be fully equipped with smart home technology. In addition, each of the apartments will have built-in private pools for family fun and many common amenities throughout the complex itself. Delivery is expected to occur in the first quarter of 2027.
CEO Imran Farooq spoke at the launch of the new venture and expressed satisfaction with the strong investor confidence in Samana's assets, which has been a factor in the company's rapid growth. Full home automation in the Barari Views project improves environmental and financial sustainability while keeping energy consumption under control, he said. And 60% of the green space in the Barari community helps decarbonize the community's climate.
According to Samana, the starting price of the apartments will be AED 749,000, and will also provide a flexible payment plan of 1% per month for 8 years. The option to pay in installments will make purchasing easier for both investors and consumers, especially those looking to move from renting to owning a home in Dubai.
