Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will become the tallest residential tower in the world
Six Senses has announced the launch of its new project, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, in partnership with Dubai developer Select Group. Upon completion, the 122-storey complex, 517 meters high, will be the tallest residential tower in the world.
Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina integrates wellness amenities and infrastructure into its design concept, staying true to its wellness-focused philosophy. The project aims to offer residents a fulfilling lifestyle, focusing on happiness, well-being and sustainability.
The development will feature 251 residences, including half-floor penthouses, duplexes and triplex Sky Mansions, as well as luxury apartments with two to four bedrooms. To support a healthy lifestyle, each residence will be equipped with unique features such as custom health closets and a variety of wellness amenities.
Amenities include fitness centers, an infinity pool, ice rooms, salt rooms, sound therapy rooms, massage rooms, indoor and outdoor cinemas, and a longevity clinic offering a variety of rejuvenating treatments. On the 109th floor of the tower there will be a landscaped social area called "Skydeck".
Rahail Aslam, CEO of Select Group, commented on the project: “Our vision is to redefine the concept of luxury living with a focus on the holistic well-being of our residents. The commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the project - from the cutting-edge design to the carefully selected range of amenities offered to residents an unrivaled lifestyle."
The project is the result of the successful collaboration between Select Group and Six Senses on Six Senses Residences The Palm in Dubai, the world's first critically acclaimed self-contained residential development. The interiors will be designed by Mitchell & Eades, and the architectural concept will be developed by Woods Bagot and WSP Middle East. In addition, Energy & Space will offer design strategies related to health and wellness.
The Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina complex is scheduled for delivery in 2028, with construction currently 25% complete.
