A new phase of AED 7 billion worth of villas and mansions has been launched in the Al Wasl area of Dubai. This area is known as the "Downtown Villas of Dubai" and offers unique real estate opportunities in the heart of the city. One of the central projects of this development is Nordic by fäm, which is valued at AED 1 billion. The project comprises 17 villas and mansions located in close proximity to Dubai's Central Business District (CBD) and the city's key attractions.
This project offers exclusive villas located close to the city center, CBD and Jumeirah Beach, making it unique to the Al Wasl area. Despite the abundance of luxury villas in Dubai, the Al Wasl area has only 140 new villas to offer, distinguished by its unique accessibility to the central areas of the city.
