The property includes a combination of luxurious 2-4 bedroom apartments with sea views, as well as a duplex and a penthouse. Amenities include a swimming pool, children's playground, a gym equipped with the latest sports equipment, a relaxation area for social events with direct access to the beach.

Yas Holding Group CEO Low Ping said: "The launch of Luce is a true gem, offering privacy, luxury and comfort to those seeking a high-end living experience." Taraf reflects the group's mission to create lifestyle places that enhance living standards and create authentic places that form strong communities, connect and provide meaningful living.
